BASIC RECIPE

Whole Eggs 9 oz. 30%
Oil 9 oz. 30%
Water 65°F (+/-) 9 oz. 30%
INSTRUCTIONS
Small Batch
  1. Mix: Mix cake and muffin mix, oil, and eggs for 2 minutes in medium speed.
  2. Add: Add water.
  3. Mix: Mix for 1 minute, scrape the paddle and bowl, then mix for 2 minutes in medium speed.
  4. Scale: 3-4 oz. per muffin; 14-16 oz. per 8-inch round.
  5. Bake: 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
