BASIC RECIPE

Water (stage 1) 2 lbs. 20%
Water (stage 2) 2 lbs. 20%
Oil 1 lb. 10%
Water (stage 3) 2 lbs. 20%
INSTRUCTIONS
Small Batch
  1. Stage 1: Mix cake mix and water for 1 minute in low speed, scrape down, then mix for 2 minutes in medium speed.
  2. Stage 2: Add water and oil. Mix for 1 minute in low speed, scrape down, then mix for 2 minutes in medium speed.
  3. Stage 3: Add water. Mix for 1 minute in low speed, scrape down, then mix for 2 minutes in low speed.
  4. Batter temperature: 70°F / 21°C.
  5. Specific gravity: 0.83-0.87.
  6. Bake: 375°F / 190°C for 19-22 minutes.
