Whole Eggs 1 lb. 14 oz. 37.5%
INSTRUCTIONS
Original Brownie - Small Batch
  1. Whip: Using a paddle, whip eggs lightly.
  2. Add: Add brownie mix and blend together slightly.
  3. Add fat: Add melted butter or margarine.
  4. Mix: Mix for 1 minute in slow speed, scrape down, then mix for 2 minutes in medium speed.
  5. Convection oven: Bake at 290°-300°F for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Conventional oven: Bake at 300°-310°F for 50-55 minutes.
