Whole Eggs 1 lb. 16.66%
Melted Butter (cool) 2 lbs. 33.33%
Walnut Pieces or Caramel 2 lbs. 33.33%
INSTRUCTIONS
Traditional - One Sheet Pan
  1. Mix: Using a 3-speed mixer, mix butter and Komplet Blondie Mix for 1 minute in 1st speed, then scrape the bowl.
  2. Add eggs: Add eggs and mix for 1 minute in 1st speed until smooth.
  3. Add inclusions: Add walnuts or caramel drops at the end of mixing.
  4. Bake: Bake at 350°F, or 300°F in a convection oven, for 40-45 minutes.
