Oil 3 lbs. 30%
Water 65°F (+/-) 2 lbs. 4 oz. 22.5%
INSTRUCTIONS
Small Batch
  1. Combine: Combine crème cake mix, whole egg, and oil.
  2. Mix: Mix for 1 minute in low speed, then 3 minutes in medium speed.
  3. Add: Add water.
  4. Mix: Mix for 1 minute in low speed, scrape down, then 3 minutes in low speed.
  5. Batter temperature: 70°-75°F.
  6. Bake: 360°F for 40-45 minutes, depending on size.
