Good Nature Yellow Cake is a complete mix that yields cakes that are non-GMO and all-natural. Use this mix to produce a light and moist layer cake or loaf.

BASIC RECIPE

Whole Eggs (stage 1) 2 lbs. 40%
Vegetable Oil (stage 1) 12 oz. 15%
Water (stage 2) 1 lb. 20%
Vegetable Oil (stage 2) 12 oz. 15%
INSTRUCTIONS
Small Batch
  1. Stage 1: Place whole eggs and oil into a bowl with a paddle attachment, then add cake mix.
  2. Blend: Blend for 1 minute in low speed, then scrape down.
  3. Mix: Mix for 3 minutes in medium speed.
  4. Stage 2: With the mixer running in low speed, slowly add water and the remaining oil.
  5. Blend: Blend for 1 minute in low speed, then scrape down.
  6. Mix: Mix for 3 minutes in medium speed.
  7. Scale: 20 oz. batter in an 8 × 2-inch cake pan.
  8. Bake: 350°F for 22-28 minutes.
