Use NGMO Natural Ⓤ Crème Cake Mix to produce loaf cakes, muffins, drop cakes, crumb cakes and layers. This versatile cake mix supports fruit and other additions very well.

BASIC RECIPE

Good Nature Vanilla Cream Cake 10 lbs. 100%
Whole Egg 3 lbs. 8 oz. 35%
Oil 3 lbs. 30%
Water 65°F (+/-) 2 lbs. 4 oz. 22.5%
INSTRUCTIONS
Small Batch
  1. Mix: Mix all ingredients except water for 1 minute in low speed, then 3 minutes in medium speed.
  2. Add: Add water.
  3. Mix: Mix for 1 minute in low speed, scrape down, then mix for 3 minutes in low speed.
  4. Batter temperature: 70°-75°F.
  5. Bake: 360°F for 40-45 minutes, depending on size.
